Since 2018, agent Brett Bochy has been stepping up to the plate for his clients and hitting it out of the park consistently.
Real estate was a natural progression for the former professional athlete, whose baseball career took off while he was completing his bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Kansas. As a valuable team player for the Jayhawks in the Big 12, Brett helped his team earn an NCAA regional bid. In 2010, Brett was drafted by the San Francisco Giants, and in 2014, he earned a spot on the World Series championship team.
After retiring from baseball, Brett put his bachelor’s degree in economics to good use as a financial advisor working for Wells Fargo, where he discovered his passion for real estate. Now a member of one of the most progressive real estate teams in his area, Brett aims to deliver the same fierce determination and dedication to his clients that earned him a place in baseball history. The San Diego native’s strategic, analytical, collaborative approach to real estate and in-depth knowledge of the local market allow him to create exceptional outcomes for buyers and sellers alike—whatever their real estate goals may be.
On a personal note, Brett credits his ambition for real estate in part to his years growing up in a family of athletes. Working with his clients gives him the same sense of camaraderie he experienced in his childhood. But that’s not to say he’s not competitive! Brett’s edge is what drives him to win for his clients time and time again.
Outside of baseball and real estate, there is another team that Brett’s a member of—his family. When not hitting home runs for his clients, Brett loves to spend time with his wife, Kelsey, daughter, Blakely, and their Golden Retriever, Ellie.
